• Cllr Barry Woodhouse - Personal - Councillor Barry Woodhouse declared an interest in relation to item 23/0649/FUL 91 Wolviston Road, Billingham, Stockton-On-Tees. Cllr Woodhouse had submitted representation during the consultation process. Cllr Woodhouse spoke first on the item and then left the room prior to full Committee debate. Cllr Woodhouse did not take part in the vote.
