Consultation process
The Council Plan represents the voice of
the
Borough. It has been developed with
communities, for communities. We’ve
gathered intelligence from:
• Our Residents Survey
• Conversations with Community Groups
• Face-to-face interviews
• Our Viewpoint Panel.
The Community Conversation has also involved Elected Members. It
has given us a rich insight into the
things that matter to our residents, including
what’s great about the place they live and
what could make it better. Using the voice of
communities, we have developed a shared
Vision for the future of the Borough.
Alongside the Community Conversation, there has been ongoing
engagement with Elected Members on emerging priorities.
