A report to seek authority for the acquisition of leasehold
interests in the Golden Eagle Hotel and disposal of the Councils
freehold interest in Thornaby Town Centre and to delegate authority
to agree the detailed terms of the leasehold acquisitions, freehold
disposal and any associated agreements to enable
redevelopment.
No representations were received as to why consideration of this
item should be open to the public.
