Notice was given of that the Council’s Cabinet intend on the 17th June 2024 to consider part of the item of business listed below, in private.
A report to seek authority for the partial acquisition of Billingham Town Centre and to delegate authority to agree the detailed terms of any associated agreements and contracts to enable redevelopment.
No representations were received as to why consideration of this item should be open to the public.
A final decision on whether this item will be determined in private will be taken during the meeting and depend upon whether the consideration of the matter will involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act and whether disclosure satisfies the public interest test.
