Update on development of masterplan for Billingham town centre and discussion with centre owner on future working relationship and partial acquisition of Billingham town centre to enable redevelopment. This decision will enable the steps required to secure partial acquisition of Billingham town centre and long term redevelopment of the centre in line with principles of Levelling Up Fund award

Update on the proposals which have been developed for a Sports Hub at the former Billingham Campus site which are being progressed via the Football Foundations Hubs Programme. The decision will enable identification of necessary funding to act as match funding, public consultation and next steps required to progress the proposal.
