Local Plan Five-Year Review

 

 

Regulation 10A of The Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 require a review of local plans at least once every 5 years from their adoption.

The Current Stockton on Tees Local Plan was adopted on the 30 January 2019 and thus a review needs to be complete by 31 January 2024.
