Community Day Options (CDO) currently operates from community venues across Stockton, Ragworth and Billingham, while Allensway Day Centre provides day opportunities from a Council-owned, purpose-designed and fully accessible building in Thornaby. Following consultation with people accessing the services and their families, this report seeks Cabinet approval to relocate CDO to Allensway and integrate the two services into a single day opportunities service. A decision is required to determine whether the Council should proceed with the proposed integration and implementation arrangements.
