Subject to the statutory consultation process,
approve the implementation of a permanent Traffic Regulation Order
for no waiting at any time restrictions with no loading at anytime
restrictions to cover the entire length both sides of Cleasby Way.
Introduce an off street Control of Use Order for the new car park
implementing pay and display parking charges. Signing and lining
amendments would be implemented as part of the works
