Subject to the statutory consultation process
approve the implementation of a permanent Traffic Regulation Order
associated with the Stockton Town Centre Cycleway scheme. A TRO is
required to implement No Waiting at Any Time restrictions on a
section of Bishopton Road in order to provide a safe and convenient
transition from the shared footway/cycleway and the on-carriageway
cycle provision.
