To appoint a Chair for all meeting of this particular Panel.

RESOLVED that Cllr Steve Nelson be appointed as Chair for all meetings of this particular Panel.

The Evacuation Procedure was noted.

There were no declarations of interest recorded.

RECOMMENDED that under Section 100A of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, the press & public be excluded from the meeting on the grounds that it is likely to discuss exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of the Act

The Panel considered the process to be followed for the shortlisting meeting.

RESOLVED that the process be agreed as outlined.

To consider applications received for the above post for shortlisting for interview.

Consideration was given to the shortlisting in respect of the post of the Director of Adults, Health & Wellbeing following feedback from the Assessment Day.

RESOLVED that the applicants as agreed by the Panel be invited for interview.

have been used previously will be sent out on the 3 March 2023).

Consideration was given to the presentation topics and questions to be used as the interview stage.

RESOLVED that the presentation topic and questions for interview be agreed as discussed and be collated and circulated to the Panel members.
