Subject to the statutory consultation process, approve the introduction of additional no waiting at any time restrictions along a section of Macklin Avenue, Nuffield Road, Bentley Avenue, Lagonda Road and Daimler Drive, Cowpen Lane Industrial Estate, Billingham.
The request for additional no waiting at any time restrictions was received from Cowpen Industrial Association (BID’s) Ltd who will fund the proposals.

Reasons for the decision:

The proposals will maintain access for businesses and prohibit the obstructive parking which occurs on roads within Cowpen Lane Industrial Estate. The proposals will also help to maintain two-way traffic flow along Macklin Avenue as well as access and visibility at bends and junctions within the estate.
