approve the implementation of an amendment to the Traffic
Regulation Order associated with the Norton Town Centre Improvement
Scheme. Approval to progress a Traffic Regulation Order associated
with the Norton town centre Improvement Scheme was given on 18 July
2023 and 18 October 2022. However, following recent concerns raised
about the provision of taxi bays further amendments to the scheme
are proposed. The amendment involves a change in the provision of
taxi bays, loading bays and limited waiting parking bays.
The proposed measures are necessary to
implement the Norton High Street Improvement Scheme.
