Act 1961, Section 17, Notice to Remedy Stopped Up Drains etc. in
respect of the premises know as: 5 Salisbury Terrace, Norton,
Stockton-on-Tees TS20 2DS.
To require the owner/person having control
of/managing the premises known as;
5 Salisbury Terrace, Norton, Stockton-on-Tees TS20 2DS, to remedy
the unsatisfactory/dangerous conditions by serving notice under the
Public Health Act 1961, Section 17, Notice To Remedy Stopped Up
Drains etc.
Consideration was given to; undertaking
Emergency Remedial Action; serving an Abatement Notice and serving
Notice to Remedy Stopped up Drains etc. As the extent of work is
considered reasonable it is determined that serving a Notice under
Public Health Act 1961, Section 17, Notice to Remedy Stopped Up
Drains etc. is the most appropriate course of action.
