To require the person having control of the
premises known as: 22 Walter Street, Stockton-on-Tees. TS18 3PW to
remove Category 1 hazards and reduce Category 2 hazards when the
property becomes re-let.
Consideration was given to; undertaking
Emergency Remedial Action, serving an Improvement Notice, serving a
Hazard Awareness Notice, making an Emergency Prohibition Order,
making a Prohibition Order or not taking the appropriate
enforcement action. The extent of work is considered reasonable,
however, the property is currently unoccupied, so it is therefore
determined that serving an Suspended Improvement Notice is the most
appropriate course of action.
