approve the implementation of a permanent Traffic Regulation Order
and Notice of Intension associated with the Thornaby Cycleway
scheme and new Thornaby swimming pool. The proposals include the
provision of a new With Flow Bus & Cycle Lane and a new
staggered Toucan crossing. To accommodate these features amendments
to existing No Waiting at Any Time restrictions, Limited Waiting
restrictions and Disabled parking provision is proposed. A
Prohibition of Driving to close the central reservation gap is
proposed. A raised junction is proposed on Redcar Road, at its
junction with Humber Road.

limit of A1305 Riverside to 30mph by revoking the current 40mph
(2013) Order. A Notice of Works for a new controlled (Puffin)
crossing is to be processed for construction in Summer/Autumn
2025.

approve the implementation of a permanent Traffic Regulation Order
amendment on the south side of North Shore Road in Stockton to
reduce the length of the limited waiting bay on the west side of
the Millennium Drive junction by 6 metres and extend the length of
the limited waiting bay by 6 metres on the east side. Also, to
extend the existing no waiting at anytime restrictions by 6 metres
on the west side and reduce the no waiting at anytime restrictions
on the east side.
